In-Store Return Policy
Our Quality Promise
We strive to work with the best designers who offer quality products at affordable prices. We thoroughly inspect all items when we receive them, but sometimes we miss something (we're human!). If you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team (support@wildluxeboutique.com) within 3 business days of purchase with your name, date of purchase, description of issue, and picture(s) of issue. Instructions on how to complete an exchange in-store will be sent.
Return/ Exchange Policy
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, you may exchange your item with another of equal or lesser value. If the new item being exchanged is greater than the original purchase, the difference in value will be paid by the customer at the time of exchange. We don't allow returns or issue refunds back to your method of payment. Exchanges only apply to items purchased in-store and must be completed within 2 weeks of purchase.
Exchange Eligibility Requirements
ALMOST all items are eligible for an exchange, please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in addition to being odor, smoke, deodorant, make-up, and damage free.
- Original tags MUST be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of purchase (see above).
- Final Sale items will not be accepted for an exchange. Final Sale items meet one of the following criteria:
- Intimates (i.e. bras, bralettes, underwear, lingerie)
- Makeup, skincare, or beauty products
- Jewelry - including brooches
- Seasonal Accessories (Scarves, Hats, Gloves, etc.)
- Home Items
- Any items marked Final Sale/Clearance or 50% off or more at time of sale
